Brad has developed and implemented strategies to turn around underperforming sales teams, grown business units, managed call centers and implemented leadership development programs.
Brad has extensive experience in building teams that achieve growth objectives, implementing and streamlining processes that help take cost out of your business, improving customer service levels and establishing the performance metrics to stay on track.
Over Brad’s career his primary focus has been on people, process and performance, in that order. He believes that if you get the best people in place, insure they are trained and continually developed, work collaboratively with all parts of the business to have the most efficient processes, you have positioned your organization for peak performance.
Brad holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Eastern Illinois University. Brad, his wife and children reside in The Woodlands, Texas and enjoy all the outdoor activities that come with living on the Texas Gulf coast.
